My cardiologist is pissing me off

Discussion

I, 17f, have been to a cardiologist twice now, and both times they’ve claimed I don’t meet pots criteria. (the first appointment I only jumped up 17 beats, because of course symptoms don’t appear in the dr office) and today she had me do the laying/standing test again. my hr started at 76 and peaked at 124 halfway through, which was recorded on my watch, and hovered in the 110s multiple times for at least a minute. the nurse recorded my peak at 106. the dr tells me that a hr of up to 210 is normal for my age and since I’ve not gone beyond that, she’s not concerned. I keep telling her of new symptoms and she keeps telling me to just exercise. my hr was 186 getting out of the shower tonight. I’m starting to think that maybe I’m not sustaining a high enough hr for long enough? even though my friend who was diagnosed with pots has the same exact hr pattern as I do. my hr like to jump super high really quickly for a minute or two and then drop back down and then start increasing again the longer i stand, even quicker if i start walking around. are you supposed to sustain 30+ the entirety of the ten minute test? because I definitely jump around.
