Whats the scariest thing that has ever happened to you?

One time, my sister and I were in our room getting ready for bed. (We had a bunk bed and it was dark) My sister and i had gotten into a fight over something stupid and we both went to doom scrolling on our phones. It was summer break, so we were used to staying up till 4am most nights since my family all seemed to be night howls. The lights were off and i could hear my sisters videos playing on the top bunk. We hadn't talked in over an hour at this point so I had assumed that she fell asleep with her phone on. I had no intention in talking to my sister that night so I just left it.

Probably around 2am, I heard a voice come out from under the bed. I was on the bottom bunk of the bunk bed so there was no way anyone could have been under there, plus we had so much stuff underneath it that it would have been impossible for anyone to hide there without us knowing. It didn't say much except call out my sisters name. It almost sounded like a whisper saying "Lacey" but it was MY voice. My sister was still awake and she asked "yeah?" and you could tell she was still pretty annoyed at me by the tone of her voice. I didn't move because it wasnt just me who had heard it. I started to cry because I was so scared and that's when my sister asked if i was okay.

I told her it wasn't me and at first she didn't believe me, until she saw the look on my face when we had gone to go tell our mom what had happened. Only then did my sister start to panic. My mom saged the house and called a priest. She told us she had heard voices in the house imitating our voices over the last couple of months but she didn't believe what she was hearing cause she thought we were just pulling pranks on her. After that, my sister and I didn't sleep in our room for the next 3 weeks. We never found out what it was or why it sounded just like me. But hearing it imitate my voice was by far one of the scariest things i've ever heard.
