first pregnancy after loss 8 weeks and period like cramps

idk if it's normal ... I've lost att 3 prior pregnancies... this is the first time I've been pregnant in 7 years almost and I'm very scared because trauma from loss .. well Ive had cramps but like quick cramps they never last more than a few mins but today I've been cramping on my left side for like 3 hours... they're minor cramps nothing I haven't felt before during a period but I'm very nervous, there's no bleeding or anything but I really don't want to lose this. I'm on progesterone, baby aspirin, and prenatals. is this normal or okay?!
