Offer Letter received but not satisfied

I have got an offer of 26.5 LPA from EY GDS. And the HR said this is the last and the max they can offer me. She said that they don't generally offer this much . So, if I ask them again to revise the offer and increase 1 lakh in the fixed CTC. So will they do it or not?
