DMT during total eclipse

So tomorrow I’m gonna do DMT for the first time in the occasion of the total solar eclipse we are gonna have over here. I’m gonna be with my friend who’s an expert and he’s gonna make sure that everything runs smoothly for me. We were just wondering whether it would be better to do it right before the eclipse or after. My friend suggests before the eclipse because there will still be light (the eclipse will happen during sunset so afterwards it will be night basically), but other people suggest after because a new “cicle” that begins. During the eclipse is not really an option as I would like to see the eclipse. If any of you has got suggestions let me know :)
