Do small interface differences usually become the biggest headache in modular attachments?
I’m comparing rack attachment systems and have already checked the published upright dimensions, hole spacing, and mounting details. What looks minor on paper can still prevent two otherwise similar parts from working together. For machinists who have dealt with adapter plates or near-matching interfaces, did those small standard differences usually create more trouble than expected?
