Naval contract bugged out?

I accepted one in nassau, but then i saw that i have an anomaly-story quest right infront of nassau's island. I did the anomaly with the naval contract still undone and after i beat the anomaly mission the naval contract was gone. So did i fucked it up now or does the game sees this as ,,completed" anyways?
