Mental health when it comes to working as a Chipotle Crew Member
Honestly, is it time to quit if every time I think about going in to work all I can think of is just being completely unfiltered in the way I speak?
Like if I am doing something as fast as possible, but am told to do it even faster, and just ask whoever said it to shut the fuck up a reasonable thing?
Or just put enough food in the damn bowls so that the customers don't get prickly about it? Is it wrong if I also find it irritating that when I work the line there is another crew member a few inches away? Like back the fuck up, and shut the fuck up I am already doing it.
There has been moments where I just want to stop what I am doing, and contemplate the possibility of smashing my face against the grill. It's going to hurt, don't know how much, but I know that it will fuck me up.
Like shoot would I get in trouble for saying that I want to kill myself while working? There has been times where I've considered it, but haven't really said it outloud for more than one person to hear it.
I don't know, I guess this just became a rant, and well, I don't know if I should quit if every time I clock in I just think about offing myself right then and there. Don't care about the corporation, don't care about the store profiting, don't really care to really embrace the mentality that were all in this together, and just push myself for a job position I don't give a flying fuck about anymore.
