How do I make sure I dont get dumber and my skills deteriorate using AI?

Not sure if this is completely a CS question, but at work we have to use AI in order to keep up. I just feel like Im off loading so much to it, what are some ways to not get dumb using it? Do I just let go of actually coding and focus on other areas of the job?
