Best Success for Relocating Feral colony

I've been feeding about 4 cats at my job, but, I'm going to be moving about two hours away and if I don't take them with me, there's a chance they'll be trapped and killed. I have a few properties I could potentially bring them to, but, I'd have to build/provide some kind of enclosure to help get them used to the new area for at least a few weeks from what I've read. None of the current structures can be completely closed up enough to keep them inside. I believe they are all males, but, I've only managed to trap and neuteur two of them. They are bonded as well.

Has anyone taken on an endeavor like this successfully that would have advice? I want to get them moved over ASAP and then once I'm there, integrate them with my clowder if possible. They will have caregivers on the days I'm not there.
