Scabs on my harley boy

So I have 3 young rats, probably younger than 4 months old. One of them is a harley rat and his fur is wirey, thus his skin much more exposed than his brothers.

Predictably, they wrestle a lot, and the harley in question tends to start a lot of the fights. But with his skin so exposed, he has quite a bit of scratches that will scab over but then reopen during another wrestling match.

He is fine otherwise, as this is all routine play. I think what I'm looking for is advice from anyone who has had rambunctious, young rats that are werewolf, double rex, or harley. What steps have you taken to help cuts heal, or to protect the skin?
