Is my homemade dog food healthy and how much should I feed my 12lb and 30lb dog?

General Advice

So I decided to start making my own dog food.

I debone a Costco chicken, I take the bones and skin and other stuff and put it in my instapot with some celery and carrots, pressure cook for 50 mins. Once done I have high quality chicken broth. I make rice using the broth, add a bag of mixed veggies and a can of pumpkin. I mix all that together and make 1 cup portions. I split that between the 2 dogs.

They also have regular kibble, but I've been doing this as a bit of a treat.
