Disposal of cat waste / flushable litter

Hi! I'm a new cat mom and am still very confused on where to dispose of my kittens waste.

I got this tofu litter that is supposedly flushable but most times takes a few good flushes to go down completely because some of the litter just keeps resurfacing and it just leaves a stench in my bathroom! Because of that I went and googled about it but got some mixed answers.

Can I flush it or not? Am I flushing it wrong?

I've also wondered if, instead of flushing it, I should keep it in a plastic bag and then take it to a dumpster, the issue is that I can't do that every day.

So, what can I do? I've seen some stuff about litter locker but is it really worth the money? I'll be very thankful of any advice I get..!💖
