I'm looking for a very specific Mindspun Invocation build

Sometime in the last couple months I saw a video of a warlock spam throwing slicewire grenades with mindspun invocation at carl in the shooting range with a hunter picking up the resulting tanlges and throwing them to create beyblades. I'm looking for the warlock side of things so I can create as many tangles as possible with my grenade.
