Foodpanda delivery issues

Hey guys, last sunday me and my frnds went to kallang basin for fireworks and then we ordered domino's pizza from foodpanda, but like for 2 hours it shows the food is still preparing and right after the fireworks got over, it said rider is on its way so waited for like 1 hr but yet the delivery is no where near and the delivery person also didn't contact us.

We all left, and i write an email to foodpanda reg this and they said me to contact help on app, i did open it on app but what it is showing is the contact no of the domino's place, I tried to call them but the line is busy for a whole day (btw we all tried that day itself to the domino's to cancel our order, it was busy that time too)..

So, I'm looking for any potential solution regarding this to get my money debited or to contact foodpanda customer care like that....thanks guys!!
