Spay concern

Hi everyone, my cat is reacting a badly after having a spay/exploratory surgery and i’m sure what else to do other than take her to the vet even though I already have done so once before this. She is about four years old (not sure because she used to be feral), and I had her go to get spayed around two weeks ago and since a few days after the surgery was done I saw concerning puss leaking from the wound.

Other than area where she was cut open leaking puss, she is eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom normally.

She had her spay about two weeks ago now and I took her back to the vet last week because her surgery area was not looking well and all they did was give her a shot of antibiotics and supply me with more of the antibiotic medication I had already been giving her.

I’m taking her to the vet again tomorrow, but i’ve already had a bad experience with this vet so i’m not 100% they’ll solve this issue. I would appreciate some feedback.
