Time and place for running, jogging

Hi, I completed my BTech last year from a different college and jjoined here as a project staff. Does anyone of you go for running, jogging and gymming? If yes, where and at what time? I am new here, it has just been a week but had not met any friends as such. Planning to make some friends as well.
