Is moi accepted for visa

Hey everyone, I've been accepted into a bachelor's program at the University of Palermo with an moi English certificate. I'd like to know if this certificate is enough to get a visa, or if I need to take the IELTS test?

If any of you have been in a similar situation, please help me.
