What are your thoughts on Generative AI videos in relation to macrophilia?

I know that the topic of generative AI in general is extremely controversial and polarizing (not without good reasons), and I'm expecting this to not really be a popular topic to discuss, but I want to at least throw it out there and hear what people think about it.

With regards to Gen-AI pictures and Gen-AI stories, both are in most cases skill issues. With enough time and practice, one can improve and become proficient in either writing or drawing (or making collages or 3D renders), or both.

However, with videos, it's not so much as a skill issue (though knowing proper filming techniques definitely help), but also a technical and budgetary issue; most people in this community are never going to have the resources to create such work legit (especially if their ideas and interests are deemed unmarketable or too controversial) or just make cinematic- or even TV-quality content for the enjoyment of themselves or others online, so GenAI seems like an easy way to bypass these hurdles and get some of their cinematic macro-tastic ideas out of their minds, catered specifically to their own tastes.

However, despite their improvements, GenAI videos still are not perfect, and cannot create long-form media without stitching individual smaller clips together after lots of trial-and-error (which, if you're using the most state-of-the-art models, will also cost lots of money that may be better spent considering the current economic conditions). Plus, it is true that even these videos still lack the soul that you get from a product wholly crafted by human hands. Even with most traditional SFX videos, you can still feel the passion from the human producers in them, that they put in the time and effort to create the best product they could for their online consumers. The low-budget look-and-feel have their own charm, a reminder of this fetish's niche nature; while making the instances of size scenarios that show up in traditional media all the more special.

What are your thoughts on Gen-AI videos in the context of macrophilia? Are you more lenient towards them as opposed to Gen-AI pics/stories, or do you consider them all the same regardless of medium? (Or perhaps have no issue with Gen-AI content at all?)
