Is it possible to request to transfer my ticket to a cinema that offers 4DX?

I purchased a ticket for this movie on ayalaallaccess site and it was listed in 4DX screening (Glorietta) but the 4dx designation has been removed. I actually searched online prior to booking the seat if there's any 4DX cinema at Glorietta but I couldn't find a solid response so I proceeded to take the ticket.
