Wedge Help

I recently was fitted with a set of Taylormade QI Max HL irons and have been loving them so far. The set I went with is 5i-9i, PW, and AW.

I see there is a SW in the same set. What are the pros cons of choosing a wedge that matches the set?

As a relatively high handicapper, is there something else I can use to help my short game around the green?
