Hi. I live on Kelton. Going into my senior year UCLA. Love my apartment. Has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. Kitchen / laundry facilities/roof top pool/ off street gated parking . Fully furnished kitchen appliances and everything, but the second bedroom and full bath are not furnished and are available .
Rent for one person (full bedroom and your own full bath) is 1750
If you want to bring a friend and share the large room and your own full bath it will be 875 each.
Utilities are minimal every 2-3 mos.
