Any french learning tips?

Hey everyone! I want to start learning French and I’m looking for some advice from people who have learned it themselves.
What resources, apps, YouTube channels, courses, or study methods actually helped you improve? I’m basically starting from the beginning and want to eventually become conversational.
Also, how long did it take you to reach a decent level, and how much time did you spend studying each day?
