Hello everyone,
these *LittleBigPlanet 3* messenger bags appear to have been created as **promotional merchandise surrounding the release and marketing of LittleBigPlanet 3 in 2014 at Gamescom**. Rather than being a standard piece of merchandise sold alongside the game, bags like these were produced for promotional use, including gaming events, press activities, competitions, giveaways, and other PlayStation marketing campaigns. One of the most interesting aspects of the bags is that **multiple designs exist**. The examples shown here share the same basic messenger-bag construction and sewn *LittleBigPlanet 3* logo patch, but the exterior material features different artwork and colors. This suggests that the bags were manufactured from **different sections of larger printed promotional material**, meaning individual bags could have noticeably different patterns depending on which portion of the material was used. As a result, two authentic examples may look completely different while still belonging to the same promotional run. Their limited distribution, unusual construction, and variation between examples make these bags an interesting surviving piece of the physical promotional campaign for *LittleBigPlanet 3* and the era of PlayStation event merchandise surrounding the game’s 2014 launch. I believe the 3rd photo that I provided was the artwork used for these bags. If anyone has anymore info please reach out!
Thanks
