neuroinflammation-hopelessness/anxiety

i know that neuroinflammation can cause many mental symptoms. i have been dealing with extreme hopelessness and anxiety. even tho i will be starting the protocol soon, my mind keeps jumping to thinking that it just won’t work for me. no amount of research or self-talk has been helping, and im not sure what to do. it just feels impossible for me to actually get better. any success stories, similar experiences, or hopeful thoughts would be appreciated
