Meds for weight gain after diagnosis?

Ok this might be a touchy subject and it’s me just being CURIOUS!!! But I made a post recently to see if anyone else experienced weight gain after being diagnosed with celiac, to my surprised I got 130+ comments about how this happened to everyone else. I’m just wondering if anyone ever took any medication for this? Mine is a mixture of horrible food noise and not knowing proper hunger cues and just my entire eating habits being off from years of being undiagnosed. Wondering if anyone has tips on how to deal with this and reduce food noise… I’ve gained so much weight in the last few months and I just want a solution…
