Waterpark Sim

Hoping anyone who plays Waterpark sim personally can answer this. On stanky shores the beach setting looks completely washed and diluted color-wise ever since it dropped I have been wondering if that was a bug case has or does the game actually supposed to look like that? The city view for Waterpark sim GoobLagoon was full of color and it was vibrant.
