Jedi Fallen Order/Survivor or Sekiro first?

I've heard both recommended either as Jedi first to get used to that style of combat before Sekiro, or as Sekiro first because it is the quintessential form of parry-rhythm-stance combat.

I'm highly experienced in souls games and have beaten Khazan and Nioh 2 and 3, so I'm not totally new to parry and stance mechanics,

Also just generally wanted a temperature check from this community on both/each of these games.

Ultimately, I'm very excited to jump into either after I finish my first playthrough of KCD1.
