Masters or Work for a Year?

I just received my full time offer for set for summer 2027. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree and am eligible to take the cpa exams. With the change in cpa license eligibility to 120 credits I don’t need a masters so I am wondering is it better to work somewhere else for a year and then join the firm or is it still worth it to get a masters?
