I have iOS and I didn’t save my progress

I got blockstory back bc I been keeping updates on the game. I know IOS is going to take long to get their own updates. Blockstory is a game I’d just zone into every time I just wanted to escape boredom. My bf broke up with me and wiped my phone clean. I left my phone at his house and we got into an argument but in the mid of it i hit me that I was at level 40. I started to cry bc it took me forever to build my home and craft my pets. I spend hours into the game and didnt save any backup codes. He played it off like it’s just a random game and I unplugged his ps5 mid match. He exploded on me and told me to get out. Guys if I redownload the app would I have to restart again? I hope not bc I was trying to get my spider and dragon past level 10.
