My production company's account is getting mass followed by what appears to be bots. What can I do?

I have a production company. We recently posted a short horror film on YouTube. In order to advertise the film, we started posting short reels with clips and stuff like that. One of them is going mega viral. The other posts get a few thousand views, which is believable. But this one is now sitting at 800K views and 10K likes. This has led our account to gain 6000+ followers. The three first countries in the demographic stats of that reel are India, Indonesia and Algeria. The film is in English and we're French Canadians, so clearly there's something wrong.

What does that mean? And what can I do to prevent it? Unless, for some reason, this small clip is legitimately getting viral in random countries, I need to know how to fix that problem.
