Double apping

I want to start double apping. By double apping I mean having both DD and UE running at the same time and then pausing the other app whenever I receive an offer good enough for me to do, none of that immoral order balancing shit. Will either app throw a fit if they detect the other running? Do I need a second phone with a mobile data connection to do this without issue?
