A loophole of self-pity...
So i feel sorry for myself almost all the time.
Things have gotten worse in my life.. like it just turned upside down.. what i once used to be proud of has turned into unreachable threshold.
All the physical activity, Healthcare, tackling situations and managing my academics alongside relationship issues... I've come across obstacles in a good way..
But now it has been 4 years since I lost all of it.. academic downfall.. procrastination turned on all the time.. lazy enough to move my body.
And there's this constant feeling of self pity digging its roots deep into me..
Whenever I tell about myself, i start feeling sorry for myself before they do.. and not to lie, I'd even twist my words to make them feel pity for me..
And then I'd stay up nights, picturing fake scenarios where I hurt myself somehow and end up crying for myself..
I'd share some situations with my friends and when they something that's logical, i get upset and angry... and instantly feel "they don't care about how I feel, they don't feel my POV"
Whatever the situation might be, i mostly portray myself as the victim.. and the constant need to be understood.
I don't need help, but i crave the understanding.. that too in my way of understanding!!
I need advise how to get out of this loophole!!??
