Still no health benefits card.

I've emailed and emailed css.calgaryaish@gov.ab.ca
And I've gotten not even the automated response telling me they got my email anymore. I need dental work and can't get it until I have my card. I've gotten the pay stub so they know my updated address (I moved a few months ago) my mother has gotten hers but I haven't gotten mine.
