Advice on what i can do?

I remember I was on a subreddit a few days ago and wanted to test it out. I posted an ISO (in search of), but I wasn’t serious about it, lol. I was mostly just looking for an internet friend.
I got a lot of DMs, and I vividly remember that I didn’t send any photos when people asked me for them. I eventually got a stomachache and went back to bed. In the morning, I was half asleep and decided to delete my account because there were a lot of creeps messaging me.
After deleting my account, I started getting really anxious and worrying that I might have accidentally exposed myself by sending a photo from my camera roll. The first photos in my camera roll were silly and embarrassing pictures of myself.
Now I keep imagining the worst-case scenario: that somehow I sent one of those photos and the people I was talking to will spread it everywhere, and people in my city will see it and laugh at me. I literally feel sick to my stomach thinking about it. I’ve been getting really anxious and repeatedly checking the subreddit for my name and searching my actual name on Google.
