Can I just sign my baby's I-539A without additional note?

I am filling a I-539 for me, and a I-539A for my baby. I believe I can just sign their form as the applicant. But, I read in different place the suggestion to add "SIGNATURE by Parent" - I imagine I can just add the SIGNATURE and nothing else?

Anyone with same experience?
