My on time rate dropped from 93% to 76% in 2 days.

I worked for 2 days in an area where most of the orders were coles orders mostly from Westfield shopping centres.
I usually submit the receipt at the checkout and it automatically starts the delivery then it will take me few minutes to walk to the car and start the trip.
Could that be the reason why my rating dropped that much?
