Canberra centre all day parking

Hi all,

Has anyone ever parked on the rooftop of any of the Wilson parks and then moved their car down a level during the day and been charged more than the all day rate? I want to move my car down to level one at the end of the day so I don't need to go to the roof in the dark.

Hoping to just pay when I am going to move the car then bring it down for the couple of hours I'm in the city and not have to stress about being over charged.
