denial extension… [degradation ok] [self-denial]

i’m 24 days into my newest denial period, almost a month!! it’s been such a joy being achy and desperate (allllll the time) again. i thought i would want to call it at a month but i’m getting the sense i need to stay this way a bit longer…

soooo i thought id let some of you decide how much longer i should go 🤭 should i give it up at a month and start over again? keep pushing longer? how much longer??
