Weekly No-Dumb-Questions Thread — Week of August 10 (W11)

Sam here. Ask anything: cleaning, lube, fit, noise, charging, partner stuff, brand comparisons — no question too small. A few that might help get things started this week:

• How loud is “quiet” in real life? Can someone hear a toy through a closed bedroom door, or does bedding actually muffle it enough?
• Is it bad for the battery to leave a rechargeable toy plugged in overnight — and what should you do if it has been sitting unused for months?
• If two people want to share a toy, what needs to be cleaned between uses, and when is using a condom on it the simpler option?
• What if a toy works perfectly well but just doesn't feel as amazing as the reviews made it sound — is there an adjustment period, or is it simply not the right match?
