This phenomenon needs to be studied
This is a rant that I really want to let out and I feel like others can agree with me on this subject.
This applies to all battlefield games that are still playable on any platform. Whether I'm playing Bf1, Bf5, or Bf6 these days, the players never change. I'm speaking in general so don't be offended, but why are so many players just so dumb? It doesn't matter the mode, it can be Conquest, Breakthrough, Escalation, Rush, Operations, or whatever. But why do people never take out the most obvious threats? There can be one player, a few players, or a group of clan members wiping the whole team on either ground or in a vehicle or even air vehicles, but teammates just let them run free and never try to take them out. And why do some players seemingly never adapt to whatever the situation is?
Same thing for pushing on a sector, people waste tanks and/or planes by using them wrong and not using them to push, completely wasting the potential edge for a team and leaving everyone else to die in the meat grinder. Too many teammates don't revive, don't repair, don't heal or resupply, they only care about kills like it's call of duty or some other game. Why is it so hard for people to have common sense or intelligence? It's so simple, "Oh, an enemy pilot is bombing the hell out of us, we should take them out." But no, nothing ever happens to the most threatening players. Why on earth is it that on Bf1, there are behemoths that are afraid of pushing? Even if it dies, it can force enemies back and cause major damage.
Whether I'm by myself or with a friend or so, I always find either myself or both me and my friends being the ONLY ONES to be trying at all to do the most important stuff in matches of any of these modes or battlefield games. That could be trying to actually capture the objective, trying to take out the biggest threats to the team, trying to take out a tank/plane that's wiping us out, and so on.
It is genuinely frustrating being in these situations where teammates are just actually hopeless to work with, and I'm forced to accept that we already lost a match before it even ends. I don't care if a player has a good or bad KD in a game, but if they are reviving, repairing, healing, resupplying, spotting, playing the objective and targeting the biggest enemy threats, then they are already better than players who only care about kills and get 50 or more or so.
Rant over, please share your thoughts below.
