I’m dying 🫠🫠🫠

I was resource mostly for 2nd-7th graders before and this year doing in class support for ECSE in a new school.

I asked for a roster where my students are to create schedule a week ago. And yesterday I found it on a clipboard!for meet the teacher, so I’m keeping it. Today I just found they’ve added 6 more on my caseload. So, redo the schedule.

Tomorrow school starts, I haven’t even got to read the new IEPs. 🫠🫠🫠 I am AU myself and there is no predictability of what’s happening next is freaking me out. I’m masking very hard not to have a meltdown because everyone does everything last minute. My paras who have been at it for 4 years told me once I get a hang of it, it really flows well.

I want to believe, but my anxiety is taking over. I’m drowning.
