What do I do now???

I an adult have a friend online who I met in a fandom. i didn’t even know they were younger then me until many months into our friends but when I found out I did my best to be safe and put up strong boundaries . however we were talking our ocs back forth. my story had with vague mentions of assassins cheating child soldier's physical abuse and mental illness. nothing graphic AT all literally just X was abused and it made her struggle to make friends as an adult just that kind of analysi. now tho im really really worried this abusive or grooming. I don’t want reassurance I just need to know I’m not alone in this. I tried to ask ai and it gave 2 different answers and now idk what to do . they are about 4 years younger. im 21 they’re 17 if anyone has experienced similar things please lmk idk what to do I feel like I need to turn myself into the cops or something
