Takes ages to be warmed up for penetration

After having sex for the first time I realised how long it takes for me to get warmed up enough down there in order for me to start penetration (it still hurts when first entering). This is the same when I’m masturbating. I always thought it’s because I’m really tight but I am able to eventually take a dick size after a long time of foreplay and some discomfort/pain when initially entering. I was just wondering if anyone else also has this issue or like how to fix this because it was lowkey really annoying and kinda killed the mood for a moment when I was trying to have sex with this guy
