Ww2 Netherlands East indies coinage produced by US?

I've been browsing around for some foreign coins that the US mints produced for other countries during world war two, I'm seeing some for the Dutch East indies were produced in 41 and 42. Was the us the only one minting these that year, or was the Netherlands also minting? I would assume not due to invasion. If both countries were, is there a mint mark on the coin to be able to tell? I checked numista and didn't see anything about this in particular
