Are any of you still scared of them

It ended years ago.

I fear he will retaliate. Up until 4/5 months ago he was still emailing me. He stalked me on Facebook and found old posts from years ago where I was reaching out to others in private groups for help.

I get scared he will try to find me. I’m scared his illness will get so bad and psychotic that he might harm me.

I spoke to the PD they said all I can do is a restraining order. That’ll poke the bear and it’s the last thing I need.
