Scary adult couple Halloween events? Dark Harbor or Reign of Terror?

I'm already going to Knott's Scary Farm, but I also want to check out either Queen Mary Dark Harbor or Reign of Terror. I've never been to either.

I've been looking on Reddit and apparently you can sleep on the Queen Mary right after attending Dark Harbor? How is that?

What about Reign of Terror, it gets great reviews online but apparently the entire thing only lasts about 20-30 minutes? Is it worth it for almost $50?

If there are any other suggestions for fun, spooky Halloween ideas for a couple, please shoot them my way. Anywhere in SoCal is fine, preferably within LA County or OC.
