[TOMT] What non-english rap music video or band is this?

I would have been shown this music video in the mid to late 2000s, so it could be earlier than that in age. The language is not English and I think maybe French. It was certainly a rap song. It maybe had some sort of sampled horn. Maybe quick short notes.

The video had several men dressed in specific colors. Some of the video is animated / drawn and some has real people. They are standing on rising and falling puzzle pieces matching their outfit color. That I think may have been moving through tall buildings. At the end, the pieces come together and they finish the song.

The lyrics sounded like this I think, but I don't speak French:

"C'est pour ça, c'est un peu pour ça, c'est un peu pour ça, c'est pour ça, c'est un peu pour ça."

Gemini suggested the group TTC as the top answer, but it honestly doesn't sound like their stuff when I looked it up. This song was not heavy on synth pop sound and maybe didn't have it at all. I thought it was mostly sampled. Anyone remember this?
