C130 flying LOW

Anyone else hear this plane fly over your house tonight? We thought it was about to crash lol, was really loud and rattled the house a bit. Think it’s spraying for mosquitoes. Husband was outside and said it flew right over the telephone poles. I didn’t realize they flew THIS low? Plane reg is 92-3023. I’m in vermillion parish.
