Asbestos exposure question

Hi! I’ve just found out that my kitchen ceiling is asbestos and back in February an electrician drilled two holes into it. The door was open during work and they’d cleaned up some of the dust after and I mopped after they had left but I’m worried about how much exposure I would’ve had over these past few months, especially since my house is quite old and the concentration of asbestos is higher. Apparently it would’ve had both chrysotile and crocoidolite :’)

Should I be worried about my exposure? Is there anything else I can do now?
